The heat station is a multifunctional unit that can be installed separately in each apartment in buildings heated by the central system, preparing the domestic hot water with the principle of sudden heating and can also control the heating system. Heat stations act as an interface in the central heating system and become the energy center of that apartment. They combine the economic savings of central heating systems with the comfort of individual systems.
Heat transfer with plate heat exchanger
Temperature control with thermostatic valve
Inlet control with differential pressure valve (20-65 kPA) (Optional)
Heating line control with differential pressure valve, (5-25 kPA)
Chrome pipe 18x1 mm (AISI 304)
Brass connections and strainer
9 mm elastomeric rubber thermal insulation
Ultrasonic-Mechanical Heat Meter (Optional)
Cold Water Meter / Hot Water Meter with M-Bus output (Optional)
With control systems where the water temperature is hydraulic, thermal or both factors in heat stations, It can be adjusted to the desired temperature between 20-70ºC.
Polimeter and Calmet heat stations guarantee constant domestic water temperature regardless of flow changes.
The hot water requirement determined according to the size of the apartment and the number of occupants is met by the plate heat exchanger without the need for waiting time.
In order to control the temperature of each room, it provides an optimum environment suitable for the operating conditions of thermostatic radiator valves.
Heat stations do not produce energy, they control the hot water coming from the heat center according to the needs of the apartment.
Therefore, there is no need for individual gas lines and individual chimneys for each flat.
There is no combustion process in the apartment and there is no risk of flue gas poisoning since there is no special flue.
All pipes on the station are produced from AISI 316 quality stainless material and provide high resistance to corrosion.
Heat exchangers manufactured in accordance with international norms and made of copper brazed AISI 316 quality stainless steel material, which are resistant to rust and calcification, are used in heat stations. In addition, the hydraulic connection and thermal balance observed in the system design are protected against limestone formation.
The risk of "Legionella" is eliminated since there is no domestic hot water storage and is prepared when needed.
In buildings where domestic hot water needs are met by heat stations, 3 main columns are needed.
Arrival from the energy center
Return to the energy center
Cold water network arrival
Heat stations prepare the domestic hot water using a plate heat exchanger.
In the heat exchanger, heat transfer between mains water encountered on different surfaces of the plates and hot water from the central heat source takes place according to the principle of continuous reverse flow.
In order to ensure the domestic hot water priority, the hot water from the heat source in the center is directed to the heat exchanger with thermostatic or proportional + thermostatic controls.
